To become part of an organisation committed to ensuring all ages and abilities have access to childcare and opportunities to develop their skills. What benefits have you gained from being a trustee? Learning all about how local families are able to benefit from the provision in Building Blocks family Centre. What is your favourite thing about being a trustee? Hearing the success stories of children and their families. Being able to see initiatives being taken out in the local community that improves children’s social and language skills. What is one of your favourite quotes? Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it – Roald Dahl What is your proudest accomplishment? My daughter Have you ever had a nickname? What is/ was it? I’ve never been given a nickname, not to my face anyway! What are your hobbies? Spending time with my family, reading and socialising with friends. What three words would you use to describe yourself? Loyal, hardworking, sensitive What is your job? I work in a primary school as a foundation phase teacher and absolutely love my job.
