Hatha (physical) Yoga class to release tension in mind and body, improve stamina, strength and restore balance. This is a relaxed and open class welcoming everyone whether you've never tried Yoga or have been practicing for years. Bringing harmony and unity to all systems of your body, you'll feel refreshed and renewed after the session that ends with a short Yoga Nidra style relaxation. The class runs every Thursday morning 9.30am - 10.30am and evening 6.15pm - 7.30pm.
