Human Resource and Operations Manager

We are looking to recruit a new role at Building Blocks Family Centre, the Human Resources and Operations Manager.
Th role will ensure our compliance with employment legislation, manage a dynamic team of managers and ensure the smooth running of the operations within the centre. The ideal candidate will be a guardian of the culture, ethos and values that we have created within the organisation.
This position will work closely with the Strategic and Finance Manager to ensure the charity has well balanced approach to a happy, creative and motivated staff team that works towards the charities mission.
Hours: 21 per week
Salary: £30,030.00 pro rata
Pension: 3%employer contribution
