JOIN US EVERY THURSDAY 9.30AM - 10.30AM  AND 6.15PM - 7.30PM

Hatha (physical) Yoga class to release tension in mind and body, improve stamina, strength and restore balance.  This is a relaxed and open class welcoming everyone whether you've never tried Yoga or have been practicing for years.  Bringing harmony and unity to all systems of your body, you'll feel refreshed and renewed after the session that involves bringing awareness to the breath, physical postures, flowing kriyas with a short Yoga Nidra style relaxation to end the session.  If you've any questions please get in touch.  £4 a class.

Classes include gentle warm ups, asanas (held postures), conscious breathing and kriya that are linking of breath with movement. Adaptations and variations of postures are offered for each individual body and flexibility. We end the session with a lovely Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep/relaxation) to allow the body to absorb the physical practice, restore and relax after the class.
